Limited, formerly known as W.M.YUEN & Company, was set up in 1999. We
are a professional accounting practice which offering the most cost

MANAGEMENT Profile
Yuen Wai Man - Bachelor of Business
Administration, University of Hong Kong; practising member of the Hong Kong
Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA); fellow member of the
Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), overseas member of
Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA-overseas member).
Ms. Yuen has over 10 years solid experience in auditing, accounting,
taxation and practical corporate secretarial fields. After supervising an
auditing team in a local famous auditing firm over years, Ms. Yuen has
acted as financial controller and business consultant in a P.R.C.
enterprise.
Together with her
extensive knowledge and experience relating to P.R.C. taxation, customs,
accounting systems and business law, Ms. Yuen focuses her strength and
diversity to servicing our clients in Hong Kong and P.R.C.
Yuen Mei Kuen - Bachelor of Business administration, University of
Hong Kong; practising member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public
Accountants (CPA); fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified
Accountants (FCCA); overseas member of Chinese Institute of Certified
Public Accountants (CICPA-overseas member) and Chartered Financial Analyst
(CFA).
Ms. Yuen has started her professional career in 1994. After joining the one
of the BIG Four accounting firms for years, she has taken up a position of
managerial level in a Hong Kong listed company. Ms. Yuen had accumulated
all round accounting and auditing experience for various listed companies
and multinational groups from a wide range of business.
Ms. Yuen is also
responsible for our in-house audit and tax training. She has a wide exposure
in audit administration and is responsible for the planning and
co-ordination functions of our Audit Division.
CLIENT PORTFOLIO
Our clients come from local,
Mainland China, Taiwan, Australia, USA and Canada and European countries
etc. Our clientele consists of hundreds of small and medium sized
enterprises, including merchandising, manufacturing, catering and
entertainment, financial and investment institutes, educational institutes,
medical service provider and the incorporated owners of buildings etc.
